How to Fix Broken Links

Let's troubleshoot links not working in your Mobimag edition.

Step 1: Open the PDF in Acrobat and test the links

Open your Mobimag page PDF file in Acrobat or your preferred PDF reader. Attempt to click the links and confirm they work as expected.
If your links aren't working, go back to the software you used to create the file and confirm that you have created the links correctly.
If your links are working, proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Re-export the PDF in Acrobat

Sometimes links in Mobimag pages do not work as the PDF files were exported in an old PDF version. This can be solved by re-exporting the file in a newer PDF version using Adobe Acrobat.

Open the page PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
Go to File > Save As, then select the Format as Adobe PDF Files, Optimized.
In the window that appears, click the Clean Up tab in the sidebar. Ensure that the Discard invalid links checkbox is unchecked.
In the Make Compatible With dropdown, select Acrobat 8.0 and later.
Export the file and upload the file into Mobimag.
