*   Log in to your Mobimag account
*   Head to the 'Mobimags' tab
*   Select the publication and edition where you want to enable your forms
*   Click the pencil icon to edit a page
*   Tap on the Advanced Settings checkbox
*   Scroll down and click the Add Subscribe Form checkbox
*   Click 'Save Changes' to enable the forms
